Half down of full amount is due upon booking. A Personal Check will be accepted if booking 60 days prior to your date of arrivial. If reserving Less than 60 days Full Payment must be made, and paid by money order or cashier check.
Cancellation Policy- A Full Refund with written notice, with more than 60 days notice, refund less 350.00 reservation fee. If less than 60 days notice refund less 350.00 reservation fee, and if re-rented with in 30 days.
